Vintage corning glass, "carafette", individual coffee carafe or juice jug, heat-proof, glass with gold leafing, good condition, no lid. From the 1960s, this little "carafette" was made by corning glass in the late 1960s. Made of heat-proof glass, it can be used on a stove to brew hot drinks or can also be used to serve cold drinks.

Holds an individual serving or 2 cups, this one stands about 5 3/2 inches tall. Diameter measures 3 3/4 at widest point. Stamped on the side of the carafette is, corning heat proof glass. It is glass clear with a gold metal collar around its neck.

The handle is black bake-lite. This is in very good vintage condition. No cracks or chips anywhere.

Only issue is missing plastic lid. Great mid century piece for your retro mcm kitchen or bar.

Re-purpose as a vase, cream or syrup pitcher, or cruet. This item is made of corning clear glass carafe with black handle.
