Vintage Blenko 384 Water Bottle Crystal Blown Glass Carafe Pair

  
Blenko's 384 water bottle is an icon of modern style for its simplicity, functional design, and unmistakable profile. Really beautiful detail for the dining table or kitchen.

It was originally created in the late 1930s to fit the narrow shelves in icebox doors, and has been in small-batch production ever since at the blenko glassblowing factory in west virginia. This set of two has one remaining original label between them which suggests that they were made around the late 80s or early 90s.

This clear, rippled glass color is called crystal. 8 inches height, 6 1/2 inches width, 3 inches depth. Each bottle holds about one liter; up to 36 fluid ounces. C o n d i t i o n.
