This is a beautiful small pewter and multifaceted glass carafe from this iconic jugendstil / art nouveau german maker wmf. Please see the carafe sizes below. This is a very beautiful small carafe which is made by the iconic german makers, wmf or wurtemberg metalware factory.

The wmf silver-plated production made in around 1900-1910 is extremely popular among western antiques collectors. This is because these tableware and household items are considered as the best samples of art nouveau style, which is also known as jugendstil in germany and secession in austro-hungary. The carafe has the maker's stamp on the back of the handle, which is the famous wmf stamp, ox and i/o which dates it to between 1903 and 1910.

In very good condition with a heavy patina of age on the pewter and very light marks of use inside the glass. Please take a good look at all the photos. High: 8.7 / 22 cm. Diameter of widest part of glass: 2.9 / 7.5 cm.
