Rare vintage brown ceramic stoneware ceramic teapot / carafe / water pitcher cerval sial pottery quebec made in canada. This vintage sial brown ceramic teapot from the 70's is so lovely. After only a few years of operation, it closed its doors in 1981. The production was mainly very elegant and minimalist stoneware - often associated with the danish design movement. The potters were pierre legault, gaétan beaudin and maurice savoie. This piece is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks there are two minor scratches on the teapot (see picture). But overall, there are no signs of use, like new it is marked cerval stoneware/gres made in canada underneath.
