Large and very rare art nouveau carafe made of clear, slightly iridescent martelé glass with three tadpole-like glass fusions of green granules, the rigaree décor - kralik's interpretation of the loetz nautilus décor. Bellied form tapering towards the top. Produced between 1910 and 1918 in the famous bohemian glass manufactory wilhelm kralik sohn in eleonorenhain, which traded under this name from 1881 until about 1918. The kralik rigaree décor often adorns vases or bowls of rather small size. A carafe with this decoration is very rare, even more so when it has a height of almost 30 cm (11.5 inches).
Height: 29,5 cm (11,5 inch), diameter: 16 cm (6,3 inch); weight: 1.075 g. Condition: slight signs of wear to the metal mount. The glass is in excellent condition, without damage, chips or scratches.
This item is made of metal and glass.
