French Crystal Carafe, 1930s

  

A fabulous vintage rounded cut crystal carafe, french circa 1930. The rounded bulb body has a ring of carved ovals along the bottom, and a long, thin neck cut with vertical facets leading to a flared rim. A faceted stopper fits perfectly into the mouth. Very good vintage condition with a few tiny superficial scratches, some cloudiness and very light residue marks at the bottom. Dimensions: 10.75"h x 4.5"diam.
