Daum Nancy France Lidded Carafe and Six Wine Sauternes Port Stemmed Art Deco Smoke Tint Glasses

  

Art deco wine / port / sauternes stemmed glasses in a petite scale, a set of six with a covered carafe by daum nancy. Each individually made in a smoke glass tint. The tint has a richness with hints of violet and blue-green in daum's signature jewel like quality. The set was made at the sane time as a matching set and the tint is consistent in each item.

Stemmed glass 3-1/4 height, 2-1/4 top, 2-1/8 base, 2-1/2 ounce capacity. Lidded carafe 7-1/2 height, 1-1/2 top, 3-3/4 base, 26 ounce capacity. All six glasses excellent with no chips, scratches, or cracks, a very few bubbles in glass from manufacture. The carafe has no chips, or cracks, a very light cloudy residue inside base - far too difficult to photograph, along with a light scratch on the exterior surface - also unable to photograph. The lid for carafe has a very minor chip on the inside edge, where the final finishing is done and likely from manufacture - again far too difficult to photograph. This item is made of blown glass.
