Beautiful mouth-blown crystal carafe, made at the end of the 19th century begin 20th century in belgium. At the bottom of the carafe you can still see the cut of the blowpipe.
During the finish, part of the crystal is then cut away so that beautiful geometric figures appear. These, in turn, give a beautiful sparkle in the light. The round cuts are called "olive oeuf". The decanter has a nice convex shape, so you can use it for a liqueur or wine. Please note that the crystal from the 19th century is not as pure as what we know today. Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade antique glassware. 2nd hand / good condition / no chips or cracks.
