Luxurious, hand-cut brandy set made of lead crystal. 1 carafe / 6 glasses, weight approx. The heavy carafe made of high-gloss lead crystal was manufactured in bohemia in the 1960s and is of the highest quality and finish.

Sanded all around the stand with many facets so that it is completely serrated. The deep-cut facets go up and decorate the belly. The round, long neck is left in clear glass. The stopper is again extensively ground in a peel cut and corresponds to the lower decor. The glasses for the carafe are so fantastic that you want to turn them around involuntarily. Under the dome there are 24 facets each which produce a unique beam and shine and were executed in a perfection that is rarely found. The handle from stand to dome is again facetted 6 times.

They are stemware glasses that can be used for brandy, liqueur and many other things. So big that comfortable ice cream can go with it. They reflect every ray of light / sun. See photo 7, where i took a photo from above into the glass.

The glasses and the carafe are in excellent condition. There are no chips, no mouse bites, no damage. The stopper is also ground and has no defects. The set is vintage, so there can always be minimal signs of wear, such as minimal scratches. They are not a defect but are signs of time and authenticity.

I describe everything as best i can and examine it thoroughly. The set is very heavy and therefore stable, the glasses also weigh a little more than conventional glasses offered today. However, brandy lovers may appreciate this and also the light spectrum that the glasses produce.
