The amazing aspect of this bottle comes by noticing the round bulbous shape of the bottle actually flowing into a ribbed eight-sided neck which leaves one scratching their heads in awe of such craftsmanship. It weighs 39.0 oz. It measures 7" tall and 2 7/8" wide across the mouth. The girth or entire width of the bottle is approximately 6 across. However, please check with me to make sure as sometimes there could be system errors. Note on measurements: all measurements are taken and described as close as possible. Where only an approximate measurement is available we will put approximately in the listing. Our measurements for clothing are taken with the garment laying flat with closures fastened - zippers are zipped and buttons buttoned.
The bust measurement is obtained by measuring across the flat chest of the garment from armpit to armpit and then multiplying that number by two. To get the chest measurement simply divide the bust by two.
We clean our vintage inventory of surface dirt and dust before we list it on our site. We would not want to receive something dirty so we are not going to send our customers something with original dust or dirt. Unless noted in the description, we normally do not polish or repaint our inventory as many of our customers prefer the vintage patina look over a new painted or polished appearance.
Please pay close attention to the pictures as they may show more than i may be able to explain. Please note that sometimes we enhance our pictures for sharpness and clarity. The year of manufacturing or year-it-was-made is an estimate based on experience, similar items, and/or appearance. It is recommended they be laid out or hung up. As is common with pre-owned items they could have little marks that are not so easily detectable - we refer to these as vintage wear and rub marks.
While i do personally inspect each item, i can miss small marks that may not show up with regular inside light. That being said, i try to be very picky and careful to make sure the details are explained truthfully, honestly, and upfront. Virtually all pre-owned items have vintage wear and rub marks. This is simply a term that we have coined to point out that because: (1) they are older, (2) most likely they are not in their original plastic, wrapping, or packaging, (3) have been stored, (4) transported, (5) and handled - they are very likely to have little, small, or slight discolorations, marks, places, wear, etc.Hence, this is why we often have longer descriptions. We try very hard to make sure you know what we know. We are dedicated to our customers and always strive for your satisfaction. To see other treasures similar to this one - please click here.
